Ladera Ranch Community Service (LARCS)

Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) is an independent non-profit public benefit corporation lead by a five member Board of Directors. LARCS primary purpose is to enhance the lifestyle for the residents of Ladera Ranch through community and neighborhood events, recreational programs, resident led clubs and community groups, coordination of volunteer opportunities and resident communication.
LARCS Mission Statement:
•Build a strong social fabric by encouraging neighbor interaction through technology, programs, activities and the spirit of volunteerism
•Promote communication among neighbors, organizations, alliances and businesses through the intranet, as well as publications to keep residents informed
•Develop and strengthen strategic relations with key alliances, local businesses and agencies
